Join me in the unique setting of NORMA Wellness as we follow a simple story Yoga flow together which includes breathing practices, partner Yoga and a guided relaxation. Held in a calming circle of support.

The Seasons has been lovingly designed to create connection and educate through a series of wholesome and playful workshops balanced with some time for rest, nourishment and relaxation.

A three-part programme for Mothers and preteens, designed to build confidence, connection and body literacy. Group size limited to 5 mum/daughter pairs.
Course Ethos, the Positive Period Project is:
Evidence based and aligned with best practice. Trauma aware, inclusive and sensitive to diverse experiences. Practical, focusing on confidence, clarity and wellbeing. Age appropriate, using grounded language and accessible activities.
Our aim is to help girls grow into strong, rooted young people who understand and trust their bodies.

Amy Baxter
Amy is a yoga teacher and group facilitator specialising in teaching a range of embodiment practices that can be used to help support holistic health and wellbeing. Inspired by nature’s cycles and seasons, HawthornWellbeing has been offering mindfulness, yoga, coming of age circles, community/workplace workshops and retreats in Yorkshire since 2018.
